Mentoring and Workshops - Virtual - One on One

For all of you who are far away or like to stay safe at home, we offer a variety of options.

Schedule your own private online Mentoring, Class, or Workshop with Petra Kaiser, who is experimenting successfully with kiln-formed glass for over 20 years.

You can choose which device you want to use. Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, Whatsapp, or FaceBook Room.

A) One on One Mentoring Session - 30 minutes of virtual mentoring to answer any of your fusing and firing issues.

B) A full one on one project/technique class, where my camera is set up in my studio and your camera is in yours and we both work on a (project) technique you would like to learn.

You can choose which device you want to use. Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, Whatsapp, or FaceBook Room.

The Mentoring Session

will give you a chance to pick my brain for 30 minutes or an hour on all your kiln firing and fusing questions. I also give design help and can teach you many fusing techniques. You can let me know what you would like to discuss in your mentoring session via email and I will prepare for it accordingly.

One Session of 30 minutes - $ 29

Save some money and get a series of 4 sessions of 30 minutes each, which we will schedule at your convenience for a period up to 6 months - $ 99

Classes/Workshops Online

If you like to take a class on a certain technique, we will work together in the studio. You in yours and me in mine.

I will plan the workshop with you - time and theme. During planning, we can already use Zoom or Meet or a private "Room" on FaceBook so you can see, how it will work out once we do the workshop.

During the workshop, you need a tablet or laptop with a camera and microphone that you can use in your studio. I will set up my camera in my studio and we both can work on a project together.

We can make it an a-work-along session or just a question and answer session - Since it is One on One you will be the director of the show.

• Jewelry - I have developed many different ways to create jewelry without any glue on bails
• Glass Casting - Kaiser Lee Board is perfect for open face casting
• Glass Sculptures
• Anything you always wanted to make .....

If you are an advanced glass fusing artist you might be interested in Kaiser Lee Board mold-making techniques for casting, draping, and slumping. We also have developed several interesting ways to deep drop or drape glass.

Once you have purchased your session, it is reserved for you and will not be sold again to another person. We do not overbook, therefore please understand, that we can not accept any cancellations. If you can't come for any reason, you may give your session to a friend. Kaiser-Lee, LLC. reserves the right to cancel, or reschedule workshops, if unexpected circumstances make it necessary. At such a time, you would be informed and offered the opportunity to transfer to an alternative day. If you do not wish to switch, a full refund will be given.
