Reserving Your Spot

Once we’ve landed on the perfect date and style for your session, you can lock in your reservation by purchasing your workshop. Because we limit our capacity to ensure personal attention and never overbook, your session is exclusively yours the moment your purchase is complete!

Cancellations & Transferring Your Session

Because each spot is dedicated solely to you, all purchases are final and we are unable to accept cancellations. However, if life happens and you’re unable to make it, you are more than welcome to gift or transfer your session to a friend who can take your place!

Changes or Postponements

If unexpected circumstances arise and Kaiser-Lee, LLC needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, we will notify you right away. You’ll have the option to switch your reservation to an alternative date or receive a full refund.
