Shipping: Merchandise in stock will be shipped via UPS ground service. Please fill in your
street address information (or ship to address information, if different) completely as UPS
cannot deliver to a Post Office box.
Items not in stock will not be back ordered. These items should be reordered at a later
date.
Your order may take up to 2 weeks for UPS ground delivery. UPS Next Day, Second Day and
Third Day delivery are also available at additional cost depending upon the weight of your
order. Florida state residents will pay sales tax on your total order including shipping, and
boxing charges.
Shipments Outside the 48 States: U.S. orders from outside the lower 48 states, not
served by UPS Ground, will be shipped via air parcel post. This includes Alaska, Hawaii,
Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. Postage and insurance will be charged
based upon the weight of your order.
International customers: Please send your orders via email and we will send you a PayPal invoice. Your Parcel will ship with USPS right after we received your payment.
Shipping charge DOES NOT include: any customs, duties , tariffs or other fees imposed by the Country of destination.
You will be contacted if shipping charges are more than 25% of your order.

Guarantee: If you have a problem with any merchandise, please call 239.540.1137 for
assistance or return authorization within 14 days of receipt. Goods to be returned must
include all original packaging and a copy of your invoice. Please pack items carefully and
return by insured parcel post or ground UPS.
Sorry - no returns on Kaiser Lee Board and books, except for replacement of
defective merchandise.
Damage Claims: In case of damage or shortage on UPS shipments, you must keep
damaged merchandise with its original carton. If you see any obvious damage, note it on the
delivery slip that you sign. Call your local UPS office to schedule an inspection of the
damage. When the original package is returned to us, we will replace the damaged
merchandise at no additional charge.
